Renee has followed a career in leadership for over fifteen years which has gained her an abundance of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management. Having graduated from Concordia University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on management. From her time in college, she identified with the management style of Servant Leadership which depends on communication as a main component of strong leadership. This is reflected in her work practices where building rapport is intertwined with the work environment structure through weekly check-ins with staff and sustaining relationships with clients. Renee worked her way up to Project Manager by assisting on numerous projects with multiple companies, such as United Commercial Contractors, Browning Construction, and Patriot Erectors, that diversified her experience in the field. By serving in roles of office management, assisting in projects, and even owning her own company, she is knowledgeable of what positions, on all levels, require. Renee promotes innovation, empathy, creativity, and teamwork to cultivate a productive and healthy work culture for her team.

Renee is thrilled to incorporate her skills with Citadel Development, whose mission aligns with her goal of consistent, quality results for customers. She looks forward to growing with the company as well as adding value to the Citadel team.
