Kevin Deluna

Kevin DeLuna is a Senior Project Manager at Citadel, leading projects from construction kickoff through final Certificate of Occupancy with precision and accountability. While collaborating closely with the Preconstruction team on projected timelines and milestone planning, Kevin assumes full oversight once projects transition into active construction—driving field execution, managing trade partners, and ensuring schedules and budgets stay on track. His ability to translate early planning into disciplined field performance helps move projects efficiently from paper to fully operational business.

A graduate of The University of Texas with an MBA from Texas State University, Kevin brings a strong blend of business strategy and hands-on construction leadership. He is known for his structured processes, clear communication, and commitment to delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys hands-on mechanical projects, working on small engines, and spending time at his ranch with his dogs and longhorns.
