Renee Desselle is a Project Manager at Citadel and a key contributor to keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with client expectations. With more than fifteen years of leadership experience and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University, she brings a servant-leadership approach that emphasizes communication, proactivity, and building genuine client relationships. Renee’s background spans roles in office management, project coordination, and project management with companies such as United Commercial Contractors, Browning Construction, and Patriot Erectors—giving her a well-rounded understanding of how every position contributes to successful project delivery.
At Citadel, Renee is known for her ability to stay highly organized, anticipate challenges before they arise, and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout every phase of a project. Her empathy, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset have made her an integral part of Citadel’s project management team and a trusted partner to clients.
A native Austinite, Renee currently lives in Wimberley, Texas with her husband and their two dogs.
