Michelle Keirstead is Citadel’s Financial Controller and a vital operational leader, managing all financial oversight, administration, and contract processes across the company. With a diverse background in engineering, facilities, technology, and construction, Michelle brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and process expertise to the team. Her career spans roles at GE, Cisco, and Torchy’s Tacos, where she honed her skills in project management, reporting, database systems, inventory controls, and vendor management. Since joining Citadel, Michelle has been instrumental in establishing scalable financial systems, strengthening internal administration, and ensuring operational clarity across every project. Her ability to streamline processes, solve complex problems, and support both field and executive teams makes her an invaluable asset to Citadel’s continued growth. Michelle lives in Austin, TX with her partner of 16 years.
