PJ brings more than 24 years of experience in the restaurant industry, building his career from the ground up through operations leadership, store openings, and hands-on project execution. Throughout his career, he worked closely with architects, contractors, and construction teams on restaurant builds, remodels, and maintenance—developing a strong, practical understanding of site development, project coordination, and the construction process.

At Citadel, PJ applies his deep operational insight to commercial construction projects, supporting site surveys, installations, and project coordination with an owner-focused mindset. His ability to understand how spaces must function in real-world operations allows him to bridge the gap between builders, clients, and end users—helping deliver projects that are not only well-built, but operationally sound.
